MKé Machine V1 Purchase Terms

Your purchase
$500 USD, paid once, for the delivered MKé Machine V1 plugin/skill, supporting references, customer guide, setup materials, and testing/handoff materials. Third-party AI accounts, subscriptions, software charges, and connection permissions are separate. This is a downloadable marketing workflow package with guided setup.
One business and its internal team
The purchasing business and its internal team may use and privately adapt the MKé materials for that one business. Do not share or publicly upload the package, resell it, sublicense it, or repackage it for other businesses. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the MKé materials. Your own business information and supplied content remain yours. Third-party materials remain subject to their own terms.
Included setup bonus
One 60-minute session covers integration setup and the principles behind the workflow. A second 60-minute session is included if necessary to complete the agreed setup or clarify the workflow. Book the first session within 30 days of purchase through the Calendly link in your purchase confirmation. You provide business information and sign in to your own accounts. Do not send passwords or API keys. Setup uses the tools and permissions available in your accounts; manual handoffs are used where a connection is unavailable. Custom software development, unlimited ongoing support, and lifetime updates are not included in this offer.
Delivery
After successful payment, the purchase confirmation provides the customer ZIP download and booking instructions. Save your download. If a download link expires or delivery is missing, email the seller with your order number for assistance.
Generally final sales and the remedy
Sales are generally final. Change-of-mind and general satisfaction refunds are not offered. Report missing delivery or a material installation failure affecting the supported use promised in your order as soon as discovered and within 30 days of purchase, by email with your order number and a description of the issue.
We work promptly to provide missing or corrected files and troubleshoot seller-responsible installation issues within the agreed setup scope. An issue reported on time remains eligible for resolution after the reporting window. If we cannot provide the promised package or resolve a seller-responsible material installation failure within a mutually agreed reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund or an alternative specifically agreed with you. The 30-day reporting window is not a guaranteed fix deadline. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Use, capabilities, and review
The package was designed for ChatGPT Work. Installation paths, model behavior, and software integrations vary by host and account. Other AI hosts may require adaptation; universal compatibility is not promised. You review AI drafts for accuracy and approve content, destinations, and timing before publication, sending email, or social distribution. Account connection does not authorize publishing. No particular search ranking, traffic, revenue, or marketing outcome is guaranteed. Third-party services may change.
